Cancellation Policy
**FRESH HAIR ONLY BOOK ONE MONTH OUT. SCHEDULE OPENS ON THE 15th OF EVERY MONTH at NOON**
A 24 hour notice is required when canceling any appointment to avoid a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the service booked. Services CAN NOT be changed the day of, unless the service time/fee is of equal value. If you insist, the Cancellation Fee of 50% will be added to the price of the new service requested.
No Show appointments will be charged a No Show Fee of 100% of the service booked.
If you are behind 15 minutes or more, please text 214-690-5294 to avoid a cancelled appointment or $15 Late Fee.
